Brownie pie

  • 1 ready made pie crust (pasty)
  • 1 Pkg. Fudge Brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1 C. peanutbutter chips (or butterscotch or mint)
  • vanilla (or complementing) ice cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water in a large bowl. Stir with spoon until weld blended. Stir in chips. Spoon into crust. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set. Cool, cut into wedges and serve with ice cream.
