Buddah's Vegan Yam Yums

  • 3 Yams or Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 teaspoons Rosemary, finely chopped
  • Baking sheet
  • Vegetable spray
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 225°.
  2. Coat baking sheet lightly with olive oil.
  3. Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/2” strips.
  4. Spread sliced potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer
  5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over potato slices.
  6. Put baking sheet in the oven and bake for 3.5 hours.
  7. Test for consistency. For crunchier texture cook longer.
  8. Remove from oven when ready.
  9. Cool and serve.
