Buffalo Power Burger
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. Ground Sirloin, 80-85% lean
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 cup Whey crisps
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. SAUCE
  2. 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  4. In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef
  5. and crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Mix Whey crisps, egg, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Don't over mix.
  7. Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into burgers.
  8. Grill over medium heat to desired temp, turning only once.
  9. Mix the sauce ingredients together, set aside
  10. Garnish with sauce before serving.
  11. For the carb conscience, serve on bed of romaine and red onion.
  12. Tip: You can replace sirloin meat for chicken or turkey
