Butter Balls (for soup)
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream butter, add egg and blend. Mix with flour and salt.Chill several hours. Form into mable size balls.( makes about 16) Drop into simmering veg beef soup. it is also good in noodle or rice soup. Cover and simmer 10 minutes unattended.
