Butter-glazed Apples

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tart apples, peeled, cored and
  • thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer until apples are tender, about 15-20 minutes. If desired, thicken sauce with cornstarch/water.
