Butternut Squash and Peas

  • Butternut Squash
  • 1 bag frozen peas
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Slice Butternut Squash in half and cover each piece w/ foil paper
  3. Bake for 1 hour
  4. (butter nut squash can split for future use and kept frozen up to a month)
  5. Boil Frozen Green Peas for 12 minutes
  6. Mash squash and peas with fork
