Butterscotch Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Mix above ingredients thoroughly.
- Shape into two logs.
- Refrigerate.
- When firm, slice thin and bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes.
