CHEESECAKE TARTS  
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 12-15 Min
  • 18 CUPCAKE LINERS​  ½ CUP SUGAR
  • 18 VANILLA WAFER​  2 EGGS
  • 2-8 OZ. PKGS CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED​  2 TSPS. VANILLA
  •  ​ 1 CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING

DIRECTIONS
  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs & vanilla for 5 minutes at medium speed.
  2. Put liners in cup cake tin and put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
  3. Fill liners with mixture to ¼ from top.
  4.  
  5. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes (done when finger touch is not stickie).
  6. Cool.  Top with pie filling.  Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  7. Keep refrigerated.
