INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 12-15 Min
- 18 CUPCAKE LINERS ½ CUP SUGAR
- 18 VANILLA WAFER 2 EGGS
- 2-8 OZ. PKGS CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED 2 TSPS. VANILLA
- 1 CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING
DIRECTIONS
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs & vanilla for 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Put liners in cup cake tin and put one vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
- Fill liners with mixture to ¼ from top.
- Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes (done when finger touch is not stickie).
- Cool. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Keep refrigerated.
