CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 2 - 10-3/4 ounce cans cream soup (mushroom, celery, chicken, etc.)
  • 1 - 8 ounce container sour cream
  • Crushed croutons, crushed stuffing mix, OR crushed crackers
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir together chicken, soups, and sour cream. Pour into 13 by 9 casserole.
  3. Top with crushed croutons.
  4. Bake 1 hour.
  5. VARIATION:
  6. Add vegetables, fresh OR frozen - i.e., asparagus, broccoli, corn, peas, etc....
  7. Add sauteed onion, celery, and/or garlic.
