  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream butter, vanilla and salt.
  2. Blend in the milk until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, mix well.
  4. Add the coconut and blend in.
  5. Shape into small egg form and place on waxed paper covered cookie sheets.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Dip in chocolate coating.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
