Cajun Cafe Au Lait

  • Preparation Time: less than 5 minutes
  • chicory coffee (or really strong coffee)
  • milk
  1. Brew a pot of chicory coffee, or really strong coffee.
  2. Allow coffee to cool to room temperature, then pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
  3. To serve: Put one or two coffee cubes in mug.
  4. Pour hot milk into mug and stir until cubes are melted.
  5. Add sweetener if desired.
  6. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
