Cambria Buttered Noodles
- 1 pound extra wide noodles
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons dill weed
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Meanwhile heat butter in a large skillet.
- Add mushrooms, garlic and dill.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add port, chicken broth and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Blend in hot pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
