Caned melon
  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cantalope cut into bite size pieces
  • 4 TBS cream fresh (I use Mexican Table Cream)
  • 1/2 TBS Pure Cane Syrup
  • 5 or 6 drops of almond extract
  • 1 tps fresh lime juice
  1. Put everything but melon into a bowl and mix it well. Add melon, turning it gently in bowl until well coated. Separate into two serving bowls. Add a couple of hotdogs and good whole wheat buns and watch the game. Excellent night. Lucas Hess
I needed a quick salad this evening and did this for the two of us.
