Caramel Apple Salad

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (1 ounce) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 3-1/2 cups chopped unpeeled apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
  2. Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping.
  3. Fold in apples.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts.
  6. Yield: 6 servings
