Caramel Corn
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Bring to a boil while stirring the sugar, syrup and water.
- Add 1/2 cup light cream.
- Cook til hard ball stage, remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
- Drizzle over popped popcorn and mix
