  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tsp. milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, pecans & milk.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until temperature reaches 234* on a candy thermometer, stitting occassionally
