- Cooking Time: 25 to 35
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. cream, warmed
- 6 T. butter
- In a large skillet over medium low heat, combine
- the sugar and water.
- Simmer stirring frequently for 10 - 15 minutes or until brown.
- Remove from heat and slowly add the cream, stirring rapidly to blend.
- Add the butter.
- Return to heat and simmer,stirring frequently for another 15 - 20 minutes until thickened.
