Carrot Cake
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 60
- 1 1/2 cups corn oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flake coconut
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients until well blended. Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
