Cheddar Beer Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages (8 oz each) of cream cheese, softened
- 1 pouch ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup beer
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together cream cheese and ranch dressing. Add in cheddar cheese, mix thoroughly. Stir in beer.
- Cover and let sit in fridge for 2-3 hours, the extra liquid will be absorbed.
