  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Refrigerate before using to fill pastries prior to baking them.
