Cheese Rice

  • Servings: 6-8
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients together and put into 7x11 pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 Deg for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Serves 6 to 8.
