INGREDIENTS
  • Crust:
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • Filling:
  • 4-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In small bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp. sugar and melted margarine. Press onto bottom and up sides of springform pan.
  3. In mixer bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla. Beat until combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time.
  6. Mix until well combined. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Pour mixture into crust.
  8. Bake at 325° for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until center is set.
  9. Loosen sides and cool for approximately 3 hours before cutting.
