  • 14 graham crackers
  • 6 Tblsp. melted butter
  • Filling
  • 4 pkgs. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. a.p. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. sour cream (16oz)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tblsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a food processor or blender, process
  2. graham crackers until fine and crumbly.
  3. Stir in butter. Press onto the bottom of
  4. an ungreased 10-inch springform pan. Chill
  5. for 30 minutes.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and
  7. sugar until smooth. Beat in flour. Add eggs,
  8. beating on low speed just until combined. Stir
  9. in sour cream milk and vanilla. Pour into crust.
  10. Bake at 325 degrees for 75-80 minutes or until
  11. center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for
  12. 10 minutes. Run a knife around edge of pan to
  13. loosen; cool or about 1-1/2 hours. Chill.
  14. Top with your favorite cheesecake topping or leave
  15. plain and have toppings of choice on the side
