Cheesy Artichoke Spinach Dip

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch spinach boiled, drained, and chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix and bake in a shallow pan at 350 for 20 minutes: then broil for the last minute to make it nice and brown and bubbly.
- Serve with baguette slices or french bread cubes.
