Cheesy Hashbrowns

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. hashbrowns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the margarine and corn flakes. Put mixture into a 9x13 pan. Melt margarine and mix with corn flakes. Spread over the hash brown mixture and bake uncovered at 375* for 45 minutes.
