Cheesy Olive Snacks

INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 16
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • Triscuit crackers
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Spread on crackers.
  2. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Yield: about 4 dozen.
