  • 2 lbs frozend hash brown potatoes (shredded or cubed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to tast
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together and bake for one hour at 375.
  2. It is simple and very good. It holds its heat for a long time too so it is great for picnics when you aren't sure what time you are going to eat.
