- 2 lbs frozend hash brown potatoes (shredded or cubed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- salt and pepper to tast
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Mix together and bake for one hour at 375.
- It is simple and very good. It holds its heat for a long time too so it is great for picnics when you aren't sure what time you are going to eat.
