Chicken With Cabbage And Bacon (Low Carb) Recipe
- 4 skinless boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 lb of bacon, cooked (till its chewy) in an electric fry pan, do not drain.
- 3/4 of a large head of cabbage cut like you would for cole slaw.
- 2-3 onions chopped
- Saute the 3 of these, till they "cook down" and then put chicken breasts on top of them... still in the electric fry pan.. put cover on pan, and cook at about 300°F for about 30 min, checking and stirring, every 5 min or so to be sure nothing sticks or burns.
