Chicken a la Robin
INGREDIENTS
- frozen chicken tenderloins
- Crispy bacon
- Mushrooms -- sauteed in bacon grease or butter
- Pepperjack cheese
- garlic
- onions -- sauteed
- onion powder
- onion salt
- butter
DIRECTIONS
- Fry the tenderloins in butter, sprinkling onion powder and garlic powder as you turn them. Heat through. (I placed the chicken in a glass baking dish and spread them out). When chicken is done start layering sauteed onions
- and garlic, crispy cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and pepperjack cheese, cover
- with plastic wrap and place in microwave to melt cheese and heat chicken a little more.
