Chicken a la Robin
  • frozen chicken tenderloins
  • Crispy bacon
  • Mushrooms -- sauteed in bacon grease or butter
  • Pepperjack cheese
  • garlic
  • onions -- sauteed
  • onion powder
  • onion salt
  • butter
  1. Fry the tenderloins in butter, sprinkling onion powder and garlic powder as you turn them. Heat through. (I placed the chicken in a glass baking dish and spread them out). When chicken is done start layering sauteed onions
  2. and garlic, crispy cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and pepperjack cheese, cover
  3. with plastic wrap and place in microwave to melt cheese and heat chicken a little more.
