Chocolate Caramel and Coffee Protein Shake

  • 2 Scoops Chocolaty Whey Protein Powder
  • 8 oz. coffee
  • 8 oz. 2% milk
  • 2 tbs. caramel creamer
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Place 8 oz. brewed coffee and milk into a shaker cup.
  2. 2. Add caramel creamer. (International Delight Caramel Macchiato is my favorite)
  3. 3. Add protein powder
  4. 4. Shake well and drink
