Chocolate Chip Banana Whey Muffins

- 3 ripe bananas
- · 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- · 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- · 3/4 cup chocolate Whey Crisps
- · 1/2 cup splenda baking blend
- · 4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- · 1 egg
- · 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- · 1 teaspoon baking soda
- · 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- · 1/2- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Mash bananas
- 2. Add remaining ingredients except hocolate chips.
- 3. Add chocolate chips and Whey Crisps and stir
- 4. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
