Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Filling:
  • 2 pckgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulate sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. For crust: Combine cookie crumbs with butter in medium bowl until moistened; press onto bottom of ungreased 9 inch springform pan.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. For Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs and flour.
  6. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and sour cream.
  7. Pour over crust and top with chocolate chips.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly.
  10. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm and remove sides of springform pan
