Chocolate Crinkle Top Cookies
INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips, divided
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 T margarine (or butter), softened
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Microwave 1 cup chocolate chips until melted and cool. Cream sugar, butter, and vanilla; stir in melted chocolate and eggs.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Gradually blend in chocolate mixture. Stir in remaining chocolate chips. Cover dough and chill until firm.
- Shape into 1 1/2" balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 10-15 minutes at 350°. Cool for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
