Chocolate Cupcakes with No-bake Cheesecake Center
  • No-bake cheesecake filling:
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until it's smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
  3. Add about 1 or 2 teaspoons to each cooled cupcake using the cone method.
  4. Top with your favorite chocolate frosting.
  5. Make 24 of your favorite chocolate cupcakes and let them cool
