Chocolate Eclair Dessert
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 pkg instant french vanilla pudding (can use sugar free)
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 8 oz container cool whip (can use sugar free)
  • Graham crackers
  • 1 container of chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine pudding with milk
  2. Mix well
  3. Fold in Cool Whip
  4. Beat 2 mins
  5. plaace layer of whole grahm crackers in pan
  6. Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix
  7. Top with second layer of crackers
  8. Spread remaiing puddig over crackers
  9. Top with 3rd layer of crackers
  10. In Microwave heat container of chocolate frosting at 30 sec intervals until just melted enough to be able to easily spread or pour onto the top layer.
  11. refridgerate
