Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, and add chocolate.
  3. Stir until melted, then set aside until thickened, 2 to 5 minutes.
