Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 10
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups soft peppermint chips or Andees mints, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla and beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and add to creamed mixture, blend in. Stir in peppermint.Bake at 350, for 8-10 minutes (watch for burning), cool on racks
