Chocolate Sables (Cookies)
INGREDIENTS

  • 375g butter
  • 200g Powder Sugar
  • a few drops Bitter almond
  • 2 fresh EggWhite
  • 500g Flour
  • 100g Chocolate Powder
  • 150g choped Nuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Mix Butter,Powder Sugar and Vanilla till it is creamy
  2. 2. Slowly add the EggWhite and Bitter Almond
  3. 3. Add the Flour,Nuts and Chocolate Powder
  4. 4. Form Rolls in a size of a quater
  5. 5. cool over night
  6. 6. Next day
  7. 7. Take the Rolls and roll them in EggWhite and after that roll them in Sugar
  8. 8. Then cut them in Slices.
  9. 9. Bake at 300 F 8-10 mins
