- 375g butter
- 200g Powder Sugar
- a few drops Bitter almond
- 2 fresh EggWhite
- 500g Flour
- 100g Chocolate Powder
- 150g choped Nuts
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Mix Butter,Powder Sugar and Vanilla till it is creamy
- 2. Slowly add the EggWhite and Bitter Almond
- 3. Add the Flour,Nuts and Chocolate Powder
- 4. Form Rolls in a size of a quater
- 5. cool over night
- 6. Next day
- 7. Take the Rolls and roll them in EggWhite and after that roll them in Sugar
- 8. Then cut them in Slices.
- 9. Bake at 300 F 8-10 mins
