Chocolate Sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 1
  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • 2 TB port
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine the chocolate and cream in a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and add the port- stirring for one minute.
  2. Serve over crepes.
