Chocolate Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. In deep small bowl combine all ingredients; refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. With electric mixer at high speed whip cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pipe cream through pastry tube fitted with fluted tip onto cake.
