Chocolate Zabaglione

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of rum
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 oz. semisweet chocolate grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix sugar, rum, chocolate and egg yolks in a bowl. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water and wisk for 6 to 10 minutes until thick and mousse-like. Pour into dessert glases and serve immediately with ladyfingers.
