Chuck Wagon Beans

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 3 cups chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c catsup
  • 3 tbs. mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 29 oz. can baked beans
  • 1/2 lb bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. brown beef with onions garlic and celery.
  2. dissolve boullion cubes.
  3. stir everything into meat.
  4. bake for 1 hour. or simmer on stovetop.
  5. fry bacon and crumble on top

I have made these for many years now. Everyone loves them. This cool weather is making me think of making them again.
