Chunky Guacamole - raw vegan
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Diced tomato for garnish
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash with a fork.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and spices.
  5. Garnish with diced tomatoes.
  6. If you are making for a crowd just keep mashing avocados until you get the volume you want.
  7. Season to taste.
