Cinnamon Peaches
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered
  • Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 2 ripe peaches, halved with pitts removed
  2. 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1/2 Tbsp butter, quartered

  5. DIRECTIONS
  6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Prepare shallow baking dish (I used a pie pan)
  7. Halve peaches, and using a melon baller or spoon remove red fleshy part of peaches.
  8. Fill each peach with 1/8 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp brown sugar and top with several dashes of cinnamon.
  9. Bake 15 minutes until peaches are warm and sugar melted.
  10. Serve warm.
