Cinnamon Rolls

  • 24 Rhodes™ Texas rolls, thawed and risen
  • 1/3 cup butter,melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon s cinnamon
  • Icing
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Press rolls together, and roll into a 10X12 inch rectangle. Brush dough with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch on each side. Starting with the sort side, roll the dough jelly roll style. Use a knife to cut into 12 giant rolls. Place rolls on a sprayed baking sheet, and cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let the rise, until they double in size. Remove the wrap and bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes. Be sure to ice them while they are still warm.
