Coconut Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick of margarine (melted)
- 2 pie shells
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients well, and pour into pie shells.
- Bake at 300 degrees until firm.
