Coffee Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Strong Coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 c. Almonds, chopped
DIRECTIONS
  1. Butter 8" square pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes (to soft ball stage - 234 degrees)
  3. If desired add nuts. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into pan; cool and cut into squares.
