Coffee Fudge

INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Strong Coffee
- 2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
- 1/2 c. Almonds, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Butter 8" square pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes (to soft ball stage - 234 degrees)
- If desired add nuts. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into pan; cool and cut into squares.
