Coleslaw

  • 1/2 cabbage head (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbls cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbls sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly
  2. 2. Place shredded cabbage in medium large bowl
  3. 3. Pour mixture over cabbage and stir till blended
  4. 4. Refrigerate, covered, two hours or overnight
