- 1/2 cabbage head (shredded)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tbls cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbls sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly
- 2. Place shredded cabbage in medium large bowl
- 3. Pour mixture over cabbage and stir till blended
- 4. Refrigerate, covered, two hours or overnight
