Compound Butters
INGREDIENTS
  • Olive oil, coursely ground black pepper & red wine
  • Fresh rosemary, minced garlic and parsley
  • Parsley, Worchestershire sauce, juice of 1/2 lemon & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix any one of the following combinations in a food processor with one stick of room temperature unsalted butter. Shape into a log using plastic wrap or place in a small serving bowl. Refrigerate after mixing. Enjoy spreading on toasted bruschetta, fresh vegetables or meat.
