Cornbread Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 8-10
  • 1 pound bacon coooked and crumbled
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cucumber seeded and chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 5 cups crumbled toasted cornbread
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dry randch dressing mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl combine bacon bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onion, and cornbread
  2. In a small bowl whisk together milk, sour cream and dressing mix. Pour over salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat.
